On Saturday, July 10, the new governor was presented to the province administration by the prime minister of RK Danial Akhmetov. Ye. Sagyndykov is 57. He has two higher educations - he graduated from Aktobe Pedagogic Institute and West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute. He has PhD degree in economics. During the last few years he was a deputy of the RK parliament's senate chamber, member of the faction of the republican party "Otan". Before that he headed the provincial department of people's education, worked as a deputy minister of education and a deputy governor of Aktobe province. Before his election as a parliament deputy Ye. Sagyndykov was the mayor of Aktobe. KZ-today has been advised in the province administration that the former governor Yermek Imantayev, 37, has been dismissed from that position "due to a transfer to another job." He served as the province governor for more than two years. |
