Within the said period there would be a minus 32-37 C frost in Kostanay, Northern-Kazakhstan, Akmola, Karaganda oblasts. In parts of Karaganda, Pavlodar, Eastern-Kazakhstan oblasts the temperature is expected to fall down to minus 42 degrees C. Within December 10-12 the frost might reach minus 26-31 degrees C in Zhambyl, Almaty oblasts, as well as in the Northern parts of Kyzylorda and Southern Kazakhstan oblasts. |
