Speaker of mazhilis has met Korean ambassador

Today, on 10 December, Zharmakhan Tuyakbai, chairman of mazhilis has received Te Sok Von, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Korea in Kazakhstan, KZ-today correspondent has been advised in the press service of mazhilis of RoK.

Zh.Tuyakbai having congratulated the ambassador with his recent appointment, stressed the importance and efficiency of duplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Korea. According to the speaker, the established traditions of friendship and mutual interest, as well as "good matching of our countries economies" create especial perspectives for the development of cooperation.

In his turn the Korean diplomat noted "the extraordinary achievements of Kazakhstan in market economy and democratisation" in Central Asia, emphasising the importance of interactions between all power and business structures of both States. "I will try to be a good mediator between our friendly countries and peoples", - the ambasador concluded.

The interlocutors also discussed the issues of attraction of Korean investments into Kazakhstani economy, security problems on Korean peninsula.
