OSCE chairman on the level of Kazakhstan development

Kazakhstan "is far ahead" of the other region countries in its development level, which "is a big achievement." The OSCE Chairman-in-Office has also stressed that "in Bulgaria they understand Kazakhstan very well." "The development of democracy requires time," - S. Passy has stressed. According to him, Bulgaria has needed 14 years to carry out changes in the country. "The best confirmation that all the changes have been made in the correct direction was received by us last week when Bulgaria entered the NATO as a full member," - the head of OSCE has stated. S. Passy has expressed a certainty that Kazakhstan also "moves in the right direction."
