January 26. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan has begun negotiation process on increase of Kazakhstan specialists in the large oil companies. The Minister of Energy, Sauat Mynbaev, informed in Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan at the expanded session of the Committee for Ecology and Wildlife, the agency reports. "The negotiation process of increase of the number of Kazakhstan specialists has already begun," S. Mynbaev said.
