text: "Kazakhstan Today" views: [70] Related articles500 candidates abstain from elections Elections of maslikhat deputies to be held in regions of Kazakhstan on October 25 Second poll for maslikhat deputies Today 11 candidate maslikhat deputies have been registered in those districts of RK, in which second elections will take place on 16 November, Central Elections Commission of RK reports. Out of their number, according to CEC, for oblast maslikhats 1 candidate has been registered in Akmola oblast, for district maslikhats - 9 people, including from Akmola oblast - 1, Kostanai oblast - 4, Pavlodar oblast - 1, North Kazakhstan - 3 persons, and to municipal maslikhats - 1 person in Kostanai oblast. Earlier it was reported that the second elections of maslikhat deputies in RK will take place in 89 districts. In total in the republic 396 were nominated for elections. |
