World celebrities to visit "Eurasia" film festival in Almaty

Cinema industry workers from over 20 world countries are expected to participate in the festival as jury members and honorary guests. Roberto Benigni, Cetherine Deneuve, Ornella Muti, Bernardo Bertolucci, Kim Ki-Duk, Rustam Ibrahimbekov, Teo Angelopoulos have already given their consent. The second international film festival "Eurasia" is due to take place in Almaty from 26 September to 2 October, 2005. Its opening will take place in the Palace of Republic, where the premiere of the first Kazakhstani blockbuster "Nomads" will be shown. |
