The minister did not say anything about the conditions of the JV establishment. As N.Nazarbaev, president of RK, observed at the press conference after his meeting with K.Stephanopoulos, president of Greece, Astana is going to cooperate closely with Athenes in the various areas of economy, in particular, in Kazakhstani tanker navy construction first on the Caspian and then on the Black Seas. |
