HB APF press service informed KZ-Today about it. The press service informs the envelop has not been opened. Earlier, RK emergency agency said, Kamilya Arstanbekova, the fund's chairman had opened the envelope. A joint commission of the Ministry of Interior, KNB, SES and ESA was organized to investigate the case. The fund's and the bank's employees were taken out of the building, which was circled by the police. Presently, ESA informs, the envelop has been sent for expertise to the municipal sanitary epidemic service of Almaty. |
