The capacities of oil and oil products from CNS countries reduced in February 2003 at nearly 20 thousand barrels a day in comparison with January. This became known to KZ-today correspondent from the report issued in the official site of International Energy Agency (IEA).

As per IEA, the export made up 5,76 million barrels a day. In the monthly review of oil market it is marked that in February the oil production in the countries of CNS reached the new record of the high level - 9,85 million barrels a day compared to 9,82 million barrels in January.

IEA notes that the reduce of the capacities was caused by delays in deliveries through the Black Sea on account of the weather conditions. However the export reduce via Novorossiysk was partly compensated by the deliveries via Baltic and "Druzhba" oil-pipeline.
