According to S. Kesikbayev, the competition was timed to the World Environmental Day. At present, there are 60 small cities in the Republic of Kazakhstan with over 50,000 inhabitants in each, the minister noted. The competition consists of two stages. The Commission headed by Vice-Minister on Environmental Protection Zhambul Bekzhanov.
