Afghanistan official government faces major tasks to ensure natrional security and state administrative system reforms. And Kazakhstan's assistance is highly important in this aspect. This opinion was voiced by the head of Afghani transition government Akhmed Karzay when meeting RK deputy foreign minister Kairat Abuseitov in Kabul.

Karzay noted the importance of RK delegation visit. Peace in Afghanistan is peace outside Afghanistan, he added. And Kazakhstan is a great regional state with a huge potential.

According to RK foreign ministry press service, Abuseitov and RK ministry of defense Malik Kassymov also met Afghanistan defense minister general Mohammad Faheem. The parties discussed a possibility of RK participation in peace operation in Afghanistan.

During Abuseitov's first meeting with Afghanistan foreign minister Dr. Abdullah Abdullah the parties discussed an issue of RK diplomatic mission opening in Kabul, as well as primary measures for humanitarian aid.

Today the Kazakhstani delegation is expected to return to Almaty.
