EURONOTES TURANALEM FINANCE B.V. OF THE FIRST EMISSION ARE INCLUDED INTO THE LISTING KASE OF "A" CATEGORY

From July 19, 2001 euronotes TuranAlem Finance B.V. of the first emission are included into the official list of securities of Kasakhstan Stock Exchange ( KASE) of "A" category.

Minimum volume of obligatory quotation for market maker is established in the sum of $3 thousand from nominal euronotes value. The market maker's status of euronotes TuranAlem Finance B.V. on the KASE was given to the broking company " TuranAlem Securities". The guarantor of eurobonds TuranAlem Finance B.V. is the "Bank TuranAlem".

As was announced earlier, three-year eurobonds of the "Bank TuranAlem" on the total sum of $100 million were placed on the international financial market at the end of June 2001. At that time 38,78% from the total emission volume were bought by the banks, 61,22% - by the different investment funds. More than 54% of eurobonds were bought by the European investors, 33,16% - the USA and 12,76% - investors from another countries.

Placing of eurobonds took place on the fixed rate of half-yearly coupon in the level of 11,5% of annual.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein was the lead-manager of issue, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG, TuranAlem Securities were co-managers. The International rating agencies Moody's and Standard & Poor's have given ratings to these securities in the level of "Ba2" and "B" correspondingly.

The main part of debt assets as a result of placing eurobonds on the sum of $100 million, about $75 million, will be directed on the financing of the real economy sector as a credit for 26 the most stable bank's debtors. The bank's assets now have exceeded $750 million.
