An HIV-infected citizen of Uzbekistan has been evicted from Kzylorda oblast. KZ-today has been advised of this by migration police department of Kzylorda oblast.

The person infected with the human immunodeficiency - a 29-year old constructor with his other two compatriots came to Kazakhstan in the quest of fortune. The virus was discovered when he got sick and was put to hospital treatment in Kzylorda. The blood test for HIV was positive, and the national AIDS-centre confirmed it. The doctors rendered the necessary aid. Currently, all three have been evicted from Kazakhstan. As Erlan Uksikbaev, head of migration police department, informed, in 6 months of 2002, 668 foreign citizens from far abroad, 1585 persons - from CIS countries, 229 people, who violated the passport-visa regime were registered, 190 persons have been evicted.
