January 21. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts of Kazakhstan concerning simplification of state registration of legal bodies and registration of branches and representations, the agency reports citing the president's press service.
According to the president's press service, the law is directed at reduction of terms of state registration of legal bodies, registration of branches, representations and simplification of administrative procedures for creation of legal entities.
