January 6. Kazakhstan Today - Askar Abdrahmanov has been appointed the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing official mass media.
"I would like to pass on the baton of Askar Abdrahmanov - to the new official representative of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Yerzhan Ashikbayev, who earlier held the post of the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at a briefing.
Y. Ashikbayev will remain in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and will continue to work as a special envoy.
