Requirements to opening of kindergartens for private entities to be changed

Astana. November 23. Kazakhstan Today - Next week, the government will pass a decree that will cancel the requirement for ownership of a building for opening of a kindergarten by a private entity. The Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, Zhanseit Tuymebayev, informed during the Fourth Civil Forum, the agency reports.

According to Z. Tuymebaev, next week, the government will accept the governmental decree that will cancel the necessity of owning by a private entity of a building to open a kindergarten. "Earlier, the rule was as follows: entrepreneurs shall own a building to open a private kindergarten. Now, this law will be cancelled. It will be allowed to rent a building," he explained.
