November 12. Kazakhstan Today - Today, at the plenary session, the deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed the Law on Ratification of Convention between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Japan on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of income taxes evasion, the agency reports.
According to the Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Bolat Zhamishev, all the agreeing countries of the above-stated bill provides tax payers with an opportunity to pay the income tax only once - in one of the agreeing states.
"The convention will guarantee tax payers of both states a relative stability of tax relations, prevention of double income taxation and development and deepening of economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation between Kazakhstan and Japan."
