Kazakhstan Today - Today, at the plenary session, the deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed the Law on Guaranteed Transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010 - 2012, the agency reports.
According to the conclusion of the Senate Committee for Finance and Budget, taking into account the forecast for 2009, the guaranteed transfer for 2010 has been defined at the rate of 1075.7 billion KZT. The average level of investment income from assets of the National fund in 2010 has been at the level of 5.35 %, or 187.9 billion KZT, in 2011 - 203.6 billion KZT. The sum of the guaranteed transfer for 2011 of the National fund will be 1171.0 billion KZT and in 2012 - 1266.0 billion KZT.
