China hit by 5.1 magnitude earthquake

Almaty. November 5. Kazakhstan Today - Tsinghai Province of the Peoples Republic of China has been hit by a 5.1 magnitude earthquake, the agency reports citing Xinhua.

According to the China National Seismological Network, 5.1 magnitude earthquake under the Richter scale was registered this morning in the Province Tsinghai in the northeast of China.

The tremors were felt in Haisi area at 05.56 Beijing time. The epicenter was of 37.6 degrees of northern width and 95.8 degrees east longitude. The hypocenter was at the depth of 6 kilometers.
