Kazakhstan Today - The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has handed over to the President of the French Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, the highest state award of Kazakhstan - Altyn Kyran award. N. Nazarbayev informed at the press conference, the agency reports.
