"Many enterprises have stopped due to the world financial and economic crisis. The employees have become unemployed. We, in Kazakhstan, have not lay off our employees. I requested the chairmen of the enterprises to reduce a working week, a month, but not to lay off employees," N. Nazarbayev said.
The head of the state reminded that 400 thousand new work places have been created owing to the program 'road map' in the Republic.
