Kazakhstan Today - The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolay Bordyuzha, met the President of the East West Institute, John Mroz (USA), the agency reports citing CSTO Secretariat press service.
According to the press service, during the conversation, the officials discussed the basic theses of the report written by the Institute - Euro Atlantic Security: One Vision, Three Ways.
"John Mroz informed of support to the initiative to hold the meetings of the officials of the regional organizations involved in security sphere in the Euro Atlantic space. He also informed that the report contains the initiative on organization of contacts between the CSTO and NATO Secretaries General for the purpose of cooperation development between two organizations and formation of the new basis for stability in the region," the press service informed.
According to the press service, John Mroz has invited the CSTO Secretary General to take part in the forums concerning safety planned to be held in the European countries and the USA in the near future.
