Presidency in OSCE for Kazakhstan is unique chance to show its competence

Astana. September 10. Kazakhstan Today - The presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE is a unique chance to demonstrate the country' competence. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Kanat Saudabayev, stated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the first session of the state commission concerning the presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE, the agency reports.

"The presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE is a unique chance for our country to demonstrate its competence as a responsible, respected, an active and an effective member of the international community," K. Saudabayev said.

"We held the first session of the state commission concerning the presidency in OSCE to define the role and the responsibilities of all the organizations for successful realization of the unique chance given to Kazakhstan," Foreign Minister explained.

He also said that election of Kazakhstan for the post of the chairman of OSCE in 2010 "has become an objective acknowledgment, high and fair estimation of the achievements in social and economic and political development of our country."
