Kazakhstan Today - Marat Tazhin has been appointed Assistant to President - Secretary of Security Council of Kazakhstan by the decree of the head of the state, the agency reports citing the president's press service.
"Marat Tazhin has been appointed Assistant to President - Secretary of Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and has stepped down from the post of Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan by the decree of the head of the state," the press service informs.
