September 3. Kazakhstan Today - The Office of Public Prosecutor, the state institutions and business associations signed the memorandum for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, the agency reports citing the chairman of the Office of Public Prosecutor of Almaty, Yermek Rahimbayev.
"The memorandum was prepared by the Office of Public Prosecutor of Almaty and coordinated by all the parties. According to the document, control and supervisory institutions have taken up obligations to follow the principles of fair and effective control of business organizations.
The memorandum gave recommendation to the bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor to carry out checks in regards to protection of the rights of businessmen, to undertake the measures to reveal and protest the actions of the state structures when they shift control and supervising functions to the unauthorized organizations and create favorable or discriminating conditions for some subjects.
