The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, informed during the opening ceremony of III session of the Parliament of Kazakhstan of IV convocation on Tuesday, the agency reports.
"The census has shown that the people of Kazakhstan began to live better. Well-being of our people has considerably grown and household and living conditions have improved. Pensions and social security benefit payments have grown by more than 3 times and grants - by 6 times. The number of owners of automobiles has increased by 2.5 times," N. Nazarbayev said.
