The registered growth is 21,2% against the accounting period, KZ-today informs. As of 1 February 2004 gainfully occupied population of the country made 3801.8 thousand people or 46.7% in overall population. According to the statistical data 98.6% (3747.2 thousand people) took occupied population and 1.4% or 54.6 thousand people have unemployed status. The most quantity of unemployed population registered in Baku - 8317 people, in Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic - 7328 people, Bardinsk and Agdansk regions 4038 and 2730, respectively. $1 - 4938 manat.
