The financing will approach 4 percent of GDP by 2007. Minister of Health Erbolat Dosayev stated at the seminar dedicated to "New approaches in socio-economic policy", KZ-today- Astana. "The part of the assets totaling 15 billion tenge will be directed to emergency first aid posts development this year," Minister said. 5.7 billion tenge will be used for construction of 38 health facilities in rural areas, and 400 million tenge for educational medical program in 2005.
