The target of the agreement inked in Brussels on 27 June, 2000, is to create a legal basis for establishing air communication between the territories of Kazakhstan and Kingdom of Belgium. As per the agreement, each party will have a right to carry out flights over the territory of the other party state without landing, to land on the abovementioned territory for non-commercial purposes, to land on the territory of the other party state as per corresponding items of the agreement for receiving cargo aboard of disembarking passengers, mail, and cargo, transported via international communication. The law on ratification has been submitted to the senate for consideration. |
