This decree on reorganising the National Bank by means of separating the Agency for Regulating and Supervising Financial Market and Financial Organisations from it has come into effect as from 1 January, 2004. Earlier it was reported that Bolat Zhamishev, who had previously occupied the position of deputy chairman of National Bank, was appointed chairman of the Agency. |
