President of RK speaks at ministerial CICA summit

"The whole system of interstate relations, main principles of the world structure are subject to serious tests. The growing wave of terrorism, the activities of criminal syndicates, the aggravation of environmental situation, poverty and diseases have become a burden on the backs of our peoples," - the head of Kazakhstan has stressed.

Nazarbayev believes that "the dynamics and scale of these threats make one think seriously about a bigger efficiency of efforts of the international community to strengthen global and regional security." "These conditions must be directed in the first place at a resolution of acute socioeconomic problems," - the president has stressed.
