Thus KZ-today was advised by Anatoliy Fessenko, Deputy Head of Baikonur municipal administration. Law machinery of Kazakhstan and Russia switched to round the clock mode of service. Security pass system at the checkpoints was enforced. According to A.Fessnko all life supplying facilities of town and space-vehicle site are guarded, as well as the points of possible calndestine entry. Preventive operations are carried out. The space divisions of the Russian Military Forces dislocated at Baikonur are brought into the state of alert. |
