President spoke at the Civil Forum

The president of RK believes that it is necessary to transfer a number of state functions related with the social area to non-government organisations. Nursultan Nazarbayev said that today, on 15 October, in Astana speaking to the Civil Forum participants.

"In the strategic perspective we see a transference of a number of functions having to do with the social area to non-government organisations", - the president said. N.Nazarbayev believes that an advantage of NGO is in "a high mobility of your work in achieving single aims".

Besides, the head of state is convinced that "it is necessary to widely attract NGO representatives to expert work when socially important decisions are made".

"Without an influence of civil society institution the efficiency of struggles against such phenomena as corruption and bureaucratism will be reduced significantly", - the president said.
