According to Semen Weinstock, president of "Transneft" NC" OJSC, oil from CIS states will make a big part of it. In particular, Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, by which 2.5 million tons of Azeri oil are pumped per annum, is highly important. However, S. Weinstock observed, this figure can increase, because the capacity of Novorossiysk system has grown from 32 million to 47 million tons in four years. Among the most important for Russia pipelines S. Weinstock noted a recently reconstructed pipeline Atyrau-Samara, by which up to 15 million tons of oil will be delivered to Russia each year. |
