Foreign minister to participate in the UN GA debates

Kassymzhomart Tokayev, foreign minister of RK, will participate in main debates of the 58th session of the UN General Assembly from 20 to 30 September, a report, circulated by the information and analysis department of the MFA of RK, says.

During the session the minister will speak at a UN GA high level plenary meeting dedicated to the realisation of Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS. K. Tokayev will also participate in the annual meeting of foreign ministers of Non Alignment Movement member states and in the annual co-ordinating meeting of foreign ministers of the Islamic Conference Organisation member states.

Besides, a number of bilateral meetings are planned, in particular, with the UN secretary general, foreign ministers of Germany, France, Belgium, Korea, Turkey, Afghanistan and other countries.
