CEC accredits 92 foreign observers at the forthcoming presidential race

text: "Kazakhstan Today" views: [252] Related articles187 election observers accredited as of October 31 CEC of RK accredits 163 foreign media representatives Central Election Commission accredited 153 more international observers The Central Election Commission has accredited 92 observers from foreign states and international organisations at the election of the president of Kazakhstan, KZ-today reports.
In particular, 43 observers have been accredited from the OSCE BDIHR mission, 12 from the International Fund for Election Systems, 37 from the CIS mission. The accreditation is due to be completed on 28 November, 2005. On recommendation from the CEC assistance centres have been created in the regions, as well as in Astana and in Almaty cities, for observers from foreign states and international organisations, and foreign journalists. |
