As per the agreement, the funds from the OPEC foundation will go for the development of private sector of Azeri economy, including the financial aid to the small and medium enterprises of the country. The agreement also provides construction and reconstruction of motorways and ordinary roads in the Western part of Azerbaijan as well as financial aid to the development of the oil industry of the country. |
