In particular, the parties agreed on joint shooting manoeuvres "Militant commonwealth-2003" on the testing ground "Ashuluk", on participation of representatives of Air Force of RF in the tactical manoeuvres at the testing ground of Northern Command "Saryshagan". Also an amendment to the contract on admission to the Universities of MD of RF in 2002-2003 academic year has been signed. The issues of gratuitous transferrence of a Russian military ship to Kazakhstan have been resolved. |
