President spoke in the parliament

"The contracts concluded earlier will not be revised", - Nursultan Nazarbayev said speaking at a joint session of the parliament chambers in Astana on 2 September.

Moreover, he stressed, "the government must reconsider the taxation of all operations". However, N. Nazarbayev said, "the new norms will be valid with regard to the newly developed fields on and offshore". Besides, the president believes that it is necessary to revise the tax policy concerning scientific and innovative activities.
