Haut couture Kazakistana a Roma

Kazakhstan, first of CIS countries, will represent in July 2003 its collection at the Haute couture week in Rome, KZ-Today has been advised in the Haute Couture House "OXI".

Kazakhstani Haute Couture House "OXI" received an invitation to take part in this prestigious world show form the National Chamber of Italian Fashion.

Currently the House has started its work on an haute couture collection that will be represented in Rome. The collection will consist of not less, than 15 attires.

Roman week is considered to be one of the most prestigious events in the world of fashion. It is held annually, twice a year - in July and January. The leading couturiers of the world have represented their collections here, such as Armani, Valentino, Chanel, Gianfranco Ferre', Jean Paul Gaultier.

The "OXI" House was established in 1996 by Oksana Korbi, graduate of the art faculty of Theatre & Arts University. She created her first collection pret-a-porter in 1997.
