This information comes from the research company "Comcon-2 Eurasia" according the results of sociological interviews among Almaty people. About 40% of the respondents are not happy about their dwellings, 70% of which are planning to improve their residential conditions. And only 32% of those, who want to live more comfortably are going to seek services of the mortgage lending. Among the basic reasons, influencing their decision not to take a mortgage loan, the respondents indicated the lack of any stable money income - 28,3%, a possibility to pay back the loan - 21,7%, certainty that the work is always available - 19,6%. Among those who know about mortgage lending only 5% used such loans. |
