At today's session of parliament 60 mazhilis deputies and 34 senate deputies are present. "The necessary quorum is available", - the chairman of mazhilis Zharmakhan Tuyakbai said, opening the joint session of parliament chambers. It is planned that objections from the president of Kazakhstan regarding the draft law "On changes and amendments to the law "On electric power" will be reviewed at the session. It is expected that the deputies will attend to a message from the Constitutional Council "On the condition of constitutional legality in RK". The agenda also includes revision of amendments to the rules of deputies business trips. |
