Polish ambassador visits national petroleum company of Kazakhstan

The ambassador stressed that there was a tendency towards growing commodity turnover between Kazakhstan and Poland, which reached $350 million in 2004. Moreover, he observed that the available opportunities were not fully employed. The polish side expressed interest in participation of "KazMunaiGaz" NC" JSC in Odessa-Brody-Plotzk oil pipeline project and confirmed an intention of Polish firms to continue their work in the reconstruction of Atyrau port. Besides, opportunities for joint activities on development of Kazakhstani Caspian oil & gas fields and co-operation with leading Polish companies were also discussed. |
