Astana. August 14. Kazakhstan Today - First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan informed the President of Kazakhstan of the results of the negotiations taken place in Moscow at VII session of the Commission of EurAsEC Customs Union, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

According to the press service, the head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, met First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev in Borovoy. U. Shukeev informed the President of the results of the negotiations taken place in Moscow at VII session of the Commission of EurAsEC Customs Union.

At the meeting in Moscow, the officials considered the project of the Customs Code of the countries - participants of the Customs Union. They discussed 13 questions, including the project of the Customs Code and mechanisms of transfer of customs duties to the country budget.

"The customs union between Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus is an important part of the integration initiatives of our country," the head of the state said.

Following the results of VII session taken place on August 12 in Moscow of the Commission of Customs Union, First Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Igor Shuvalov, informed that the Customs Union created the uniform negotiation group on joining to the World Trade Organization (WTO) headed by Maxim Medvedkov.
