Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, introduced the new chair of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Agency, the agency reports citing prime minister's press service.
According to the press service, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan defined priority directions for Construction and Housing and Communal Services Agency: to improve the system of state regulation of construction industry, giving particular attention to energy saving issues; increase efficiency of state construction examination, having excluded possibility of unreasonable increase of the cost of the projects realized at the expense of public funds; to coordinate solution of problems of shareholders, participants of the market of hypothecary crediting, and as a whole, housing construction branches, having developed directions of its further development; and to carry out control and monitoring over realization of the program of reforming of housing and communal services.
