China considers opportunity of introduction of visa-free regime with Kazakhstan

July 7. Kazakhstan Today - China considers an opportunity of introduction of a visa-free regime with Kazakhstan. Akim of Almaty, Ahmetzhan Esimov, held the meeting with the governor of Hainan Province, Lo Baomin, the agency reports citing the press service of Almaty akim.
According to the press service, during the meeting the officials discussed the questions of cooperation and development of the Kazakhstan-Chinese relations in tourism and business spheres.
"As for development of tourism, Chinese departments are considering a visa-free regime proposal between our countries. Special working group is developing corresponding rules planned to be introduced in the winter of 2009," the press service informed.
Direct flight from Almaty through Beijing to Haikou is being worked over.
The governor of Hainan Province said that the objective of his visit - stimulation and strengthening of cooperation between businessmen of two countries.
