President supported PM's proposal on creation of municipal services agency

Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during the meeting concerning realization of the anti-recessionary measures supported the initiative of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, on creation of construction and housing and municipal services agency, the agency reports.
"We considered this question and decided that it is beyond the government's powers, therefore, we address you with the request to create the agency for construction and housing and municipal services," K. Masimov addressed N. Nazarbayev during the meeting.
The head of the state said, "If there is such an arrangement, the question on creation of the agency for construction and housing and municipal services should be settled positively."
