Astana. May 22. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during the meeting with the prime ministers of the CIS countries in Akorda called upon the CIS countries to tolerantly treat migrants in their countries, the agency reports.

"We all in our states have unemployment. But, probably, the Commonwealth states should be very tolerant with the migrants," N. Nazarbayev said.

"There are about 1 million migrants, according to informal data, in Kazakhstan. We try not to reject, whenever possible, migrants from our country," he emphasized.
