Kazakhstan Today - The prices in the world market of silver fluctuate. In the beginning of February, 2009 there have been an upwards tendency in the market of silver. After some fluctuations, in the first half of March, the price for silver by March, 18th has decreased, however the prices have sharply increased by March 19. There was the same tendency in April.
